Franca Recchia is a litigation law clerk specializing in Accident Benefit Claims. After graduating from the Algonquin College Law Clerk Program in 2007, she became a valuable member to Mr. McNally’s growing personal injury practice in 2008.
Franca has significant experience assisting clients in accident benefits claims. She has extensive experience in communication and conflict resolution with clients. She is always ready to aid a client through any difficult situation that may arise.
Franca is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. She continues to advance her knowledge and skill set by attending continuing educational programs in personal injury law. She is also fluent in Italian.
In her spare time, Franca volunteers within her Italian community to organize special events that remind her of her roots.

Best Practices in Post Trauma Community Re-Integration Conference. Co-founded the conference in 2016 as the sole lawyer with three medical professionals. The conference has been held annually for four years for medical professionals and lawyers with 100 plus registrants each year until 2020. Responsibilities have including conference planning and marketing.
