Phyllis is a licensed paralegal who assists our firm with our clients’ accident benefit claims. Phyllis is widely regarded as one of the most knowledgeable people in Eastern Ontario when it comes to accident benefit claims.
After working in the claims department of a national insurance company for 18 years, she left the company and opened up her own consulting firm. Phyllis works closely with the lawyers at McNally Gervan to ensure our clients receive the best representation and advice in relation to their ongoing claims for accident benefits.
Phyllis received her Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Law and Business from Carleton University and followed that up with her MBA from Heriot-Watt University in 2006. She also obtained her Fellow, Chartered Insurance Professional from the Insurance Institute of Canada.

Best Practices in Post Trauma Community Re-Integration Conference. Co-founded the conference in 2016 as the sole lawyer with three medical professionals. The conference has been held annually for four years for medical professionals and lawyers with 100 plus registrants each year until 2020. Responsibilities have including conference planning and marketing.
